SEO Tools and Research Platforms
SEMrush – All-in-one suite of tools for researching your niche, and growing your online visibility. I use SEMrush to find profitable niches, analyze the competition, and gain the best insights to build digital marketing strategies.

SEO Powersuite – A bundle of downloadable SEO tools, that allow you to do website auditing, for website auditing, rank tracking, and keyword research. SEO Powersuite can be an affordable SEMrush alternative.

Keywords Everywhere – Keyword tool that shows search volume and a host of other metrics, such as keyword difficulty and CPC directly in your workflow. I use keywords everywhere for keyword research and exploring niches while surfing the web.

Google Keyword Planner – I use GKP almost daily when setting up PPC campaigns. If you aren’t an active Google Ads user, GKP won’t show you monthly search volumes. In that case, you can use keywords everywhere to get the data anyway.

Content Marketing and Copywriting
Jasper.ai – The leading AI content generation tool (AI writer) that can help you write better long-form as well as short-form content. Jasper can generate any type of content, such as advertisements, emails, blog articles, and AI art.
INKforall – One-stop content marketing suite that offers everything from AI content generation, to AI SEO optimization, as well as spelling and grammar checking. INK offers everything you need to create any type of content quickly and without hassle.
Grammarly – Grammarly helps you with spelling and Grammarly. Running your content through Grammarly, before publishing, will dramatically increase the quality of your content. In turn this will help you with user engagement and possibly rankings.

Namecheap – my go-to domain name registrar. I also use them for private email hosting.
Cloudways – Easy-to-use cloud hosting platform that allows you to select the cloud infrastructure of your choice. This option is ideal for people who aren’t very technical, yet want to host their WordPress, Magento, or Prestashop Store on a high-quality cloud infrastructure.
Elementor Pro – I use Elementor Pro for building sales funnels, landing pages, and customizing e-commerce shops.
Astra Pro – The fastest WordPress theme. Very feature-rich and reliable. If I’m not using Elementor to build my websites, I use Astra Pro, because of its flexibility and speed.
Envato Elements – Unlimited stock photos, videos, and music for your projects at a reasonable price.

Email and Marketing Automation
Activecampaign – Great for creating highly complex marketing automation sequences and email marketing campaigns. Activecampaign also offers integrated CRM features.
Integromat (now ‘Make’) – Allows you to create integrations between almost any application. I use Integromat / Make, to automate my digital marketing processes. For example: automating social media posting, or sending e-commerce data to a CRM system.
Analytics and Tracking
Google Analytics 4 – Free popular web analytics packages, provided by Google. I use Google Analytics 4, in order to track how website visitors move through my sales funnels.
Matomo Analytics (Piwik) – Open-source web analytics application that’s privacy-focused. In other words: you own the data that you collect (unlike Google Analytics). Matomo analytics provides almost real-time information and is very easy to use.
Google Search Console – GSC is a free tool by Google that helps website owners monitor and maintain their site’s presence in Google search results. The search console provides insights into how your website is crawled and indexed. Google search console also shows you if your website has issues that negatively impact your rankings.
Google Tag Manager – Tag management system by Google, which allows you to inject code into your web pages (for example a Google Analytics tracking script). I also use GTM to track specific events, such as mouse clicks, affiliate link clicks, and form submissions.
