Note: I partner with some of the tools below. I only list tools I use,  If you have a question or need advice, shoot me an email. I’m glad to help.

SEO Tools and Software

SEMrush - All-in-one Research Platform

Best all-in-one Digital Marketing research platform for SEO, SEA, and niche research.

It’s a one-stop platform for Entrepreneurs and businesses who can afford their monthly subscriptions. Otherwise, don’t bother, but always use a free trial to compare.

SEO powersuite - SEO platform

Complete suite of tools for Rank Tracking, Web Auditing, Back Link Analysis, and competitive research.

It’s a bundle of SEO software applications that are installed on your own computer, thus drastically lowering the cost, in comparison to a cloud service.

SE Ranking - Best SEO Tools

For businesses that are not ready for SEMrush pricing, or don’t want to run SEO software on their computer (SEO Powersuite).

It’s easy to use, not too expensive, and the data is good (similar to SEO powersuite, and I think they use the same sources). This would be my choice if I weren’t using anything.

Keywords Everywhere SEO extension

Keywords Everywhere is a browser extension that adds search data to the search results. Think search volume, competition, and it allows you to do on-the-spot topical (keyword) research.

I use Keywords everywhere for SEO analysis and Niche research in the last phase after initial analysis.

The best Semantic SEO tool that helps you automate tasks such as internal linking, schema markup, and much more.

Inlinks also helps you optimize for real Google entities, making this the only true Semantic SEO tool worth the trouble.

Website Hosting and Domain Name Registration

Hetzner Cloud Hosting

Hetzner Cloud Hosting is my Hosting provider of choice for VPS(virtual private servers) in the EU, and sometimes in the US.

They offer a price-quality ratio that’s unmatched. I have had zero issues with them. It’s great for businesses that don’t need to ‘cover the globe’.

I used DigitalOcean before switching to Hetzner. DigitalOcean is a huge provider, and they are a little bit more expensive than other cloud providers.

If you own a big business that needs to be everywhere, all the time, I would go with DO.

Cloudways VPS hosting

High-performance managed virtual private servers (VPS). Cloudways offers a beginner-friendly way of setting up servers on DigitalOcean.

If you’re not technical, but still need control over your online real-estate (and who wouldn’t if you know what you’re doing), Cloudways is great.

Namecheap - Domain names and hosting

Namecheap is my go-to domain name registrar for any TLD (top-level domain name).

Namecheap also offers several other services, including private email hosting (which I use). Besides that, I only use them for domain name registration.

Website and Page Builders

Elementor Page Builder

Elementor PRO is my favorite web page builder for WordPress. I use it to build full websites, e-commerce shops, and lead generation pages.

After using many page builders, ‘builder themes’, for years, I settled for Elementor Pro.

It has the best price-quality ratio and all the features needed.

AI and Marketing Automation

n8n - AI marketing automation

n8n is what I use for AI marketing automation workflows.  In terms of features, updates, and progress, there is no competition.

I use n8n on premises, but many businesses make it easy on themselves and use n8n cloud. If you are on a budget, then contact me for on-premises installation and training.

Mautic Marketing Automation

Mautic Marketing Automation is an open-source marketing automation application that you can install on your VPS.

It’s comparable (if not better) to the most expensive cloud services – at a fraction of the cost (think ActiveCampaign).

Side note:
I’ve managed lists of 50K+ subs on a 20 USD/month VPS – without cloud provider restrictions … (it’s your data, just saying) …

Mautic Cloud is expensive .. If you need help with Mautic on premises (your 20 dollar VPS), contact me.
